Element has partaken in several successful mergers and acquisitions since its inception in 2007. Historically, these mergers and acquisitions have predominately been in the Energy industry (from both the operator and service side). Since 2015, Element expanded its vision and mandate to include all industries. By adapting to change, it has solidified Element’s mandate as a forward thinking and progressive organization.
